Liturgical Committee New Business Effective Oct 1, 2007 ¨ Liturgical Ministry Workshops will be provided for Lectors and Eucharistic minister from 7:00p.m. – 8:30 p.m. · Oct. 22nd ; Oct 23rd and Oct 29th ¨ New “job” descriptions have been developed in an effort to recruit new ministers and to offer continuing education for others. ¨ Acolytes will be the focus during Religious Education classes ¨ Ushers are being considered to be the prevue of the Knights of Columbus. ¨ Hospitality ministry will be addressed at a later time. ¨ The position of Liturgy Director continues to be explored. The committee is looking into the development of a job description unique to Resurrection. ¨ Study of the General Instruction of the Roman Missal continues to be fruitful. |
