CHRISTIAN FAITH FORMATION: Please take note of the five selections offered this fall in Christian Faith Formation. Information is included in the September newsletter as well as in our gathering space. Our identity and our mission as Catholics will certainly be enriched by our openness and our willingness to not only learn about our faith, but also to experience it. All are welcome!!!!!

JUNK JAUNT: We are starting to look forward to the annual Junk Jaunt on September 25, 26 & 27. If you have items to donate, please contact the parish office as all items need to be put in the outside shed which is locked. We will take NO clothes, TVs, or technological components. Any leftover garage sale items we will take. This is a good opportunity to get rid of some “junk”!! Profits earned in the past have gone to our Capital Campaign in the amount of $12,000 and also money for our Altar Society. NO ITEMS SHOULD BE TAKEN TO THE CHURCH BASEMENT.
SHOOT4LIFE Knights of Columbus event: The Knights will be selling raffle tickets for the upcoming 4th Annual Shoot4Life Sporting Clays fundraiser benefiting Nebraska Pro-Life causes after all Masses Saturday, August 29th & Sunday, August 30th. The fundraising event will take place on Saturday, September 19th, 9 AM to 2 PM at the Heartland Shoot Park here in GI. Cost for the raffle tickets are $5.00 for one ticket or $20.00 for ten tickets.
